DDA Compliant Website Audit in the UK

Develop your site to the web standards for better accessibility

Your website is your shop front to the world so it has to look clean and professional, be fast to load and above all be easy to use and informative. In other words, accessible. An accessible website not only assists visitors to your site where disabilities mean certain tools are required to successfully read the content, but a search engine will also find the content easier to collect and index, and will often reward you for it with a better rank.

Search Engine Optimisation in the UK

Think key phrases, not key words to maximise your online potential

Search engine optimisation is considered an art as it involves so many factors. Only many years of getting things right and often getting things wrong will educate anyone wishing to call themselves search engine optimisers. We have been working closely with many clients for some years now and have seen websites grow far beyond expactations just because the online competition have been correctly identified, weaknesses identified and a plan of attack been actioned. There are fundamental rules that even the biggest companies fail to implement and it's these fundamental tactics that ensure a long term successful placement in all the leading search engines.

All our clients come through our website and we pay nothing in terms of mailings, pay-per-clicks or banner adverts. We are advocates of ethical SEO methods and would never employ "tricks" to try and get ahead in the listings. A consitent listing at the bottom of page 1 is better than a dodgy listing at the top.

With regards to guarantees for No.1 placements, there are no guarantees. What we can offer, after careful analysis of the competition for your most predominant key phrases, is the highest position possible with a realistic long term outlook. We take a web page from your site, identify the top competitors for that page, then identify their weaknesses in terms of document structure, key phrase placement, type of inbound linking (natural or marketing) and prey on those weaknesses to maximise your page. This technique needs to be applied to every web page individually as search engines index web pages not web sites.

Technical assessment breakdown.

  • Document structure analysis on a per-page basis
  • Identification of correct online market for products or services
  • Indentification of online competition for your products or services
  • Statistical analysis interpretation
  • Key phrase identification and associated key words
  • Logical key phrase placement discovery
  • Assessment of existing copy
  • Technical assessment with regards to X/HTML
  • Complete step-by-step report on a future plan of implementing the recommendations in order of priority

Website Marketing in the UK

Make sure the top 4 know your site well

After analysing hundreds of website statistics, the picture is clear. There are four main referrers of traffic. Google, Yahoo, MSN and AOL. Your website must appear in these search engines to have any form of online success, not to mention the many other popular search engines out there.

It is a common misconception that SEO and online marketing are the same. "META tags and link swapping and all that". This is a common mistake and the two are seperate disciplines that need each other to gain a solid and reliable search engine position.

A marketing plan needs to be written. Goals need to be indentified and targets met. The same applies online. Your aim is to expose your website to as many search engines and directories as possible while keeping costs to an absolute minimum.

With this is mind, we aim to create a plan to get your website listed in as many major search engines as possible with a consistently high & sustainable rank.

If you wish to participate in pay-per-clicks or banner exchanges then it's only for the purpose of subsidising your natural search listing campaigns and should be pulled when you are pulling up along side your paid advertisments.

Technical assessment breakdown.

  • Initial check of the major search engines for deep crawl indexing
  • Inbound link analysis with regards to amount
  • Inbound link analysis with regards to quality (natural or marketing links)
  • Inbound link analysis with regards to type (HREF, script, redirected etc...)
  • Indentify competitors inbound links and perform comprehensive analysis
  • Indentify competitors inbound links with a view to your site gaining more inbound links
  • Locate industry / sector specific directories for website submission
  • Analyse current statistics with regards to key phrase referrals (if applicable)
  • Recommend comprehensive server log analysis tool for marketing purposes (if required)
  • Recommend strategy to feed the right search engines and directories the right information
  • Complete step-by-step report on a future plan of implementing the recommendations in order of priority
